I've spent the last 3 hours with chat gpt and sculptor and i'm about to lose it. never even got past step 1
I understand this has been really frustrating for you. Would you like me to connect you with a human agent? Or if you want, you can share more details about where you're stuck, and we can keep working on it together.
I just want to tell clay - 1) pull 500 former mamagers of a test company ex. Glean; past employees; there 2+ years. 2) then once that is done will enrich some of the data......
Here's how to find former managers at Glean who were there 2+ years:
1. Go to New > Workbook > Find People
2. Set up your filters:
- Companies: Enter "Glean" in the company search
- Job Title: Filter for "manager" level positions
- Experience: Set current role duration and past position dates to target people who were there 2+ years
- Past experiences: Toggle this ON to include former employees
- Limit Results: Set to 500
3. Preview your results, then click Import to create your table
Once you have your list, you can add enrichment columns to get additional data on these contacts. The enrichments will run after your people search is complete.
Did that answer your question?
can we segregate by ONLY former
Yes! To find ONLY former employees at Glean, you need to use the Past experiences toggle and set up your filters carefully.
When you're in Find People:
Turn ON the Past experiences toggle
In the Experience section, set filters to exclude current employees - you can filter by current role duration or use keywords to specify you want people who are no longer there
Make sure your job title and company filters target the manager roles at Glean specifically
This will give you only the former managers who worked there 2+ years, not current ones.
Did that answer your question?
how exactly do step 2
To exclude current employees and find ONLY former managers, in the Experience section:
Set current role duration to something like "0 days" or use a very short timeframe to exclude people currently at Glean
Use past position dates to specify when they worked there (like 2+ years ago)
Add keywords in experience descriptions that indicate they're former employees (like "former" or "previous")
The key is using these Experience filters to specifically target people who are no longer currently employed there while the Past experiences toggle is ON.

If you still need help with setting up the Experience filters to find only former managers, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about the specific step you’re trying to complete?
I have a personal email finder waterfall column(s) and I'd like to create a filter to exclude and find alternatives for personal emails instead of any .edu and .org emails
To filter out .edu and .org emails from your personal email waterfall:
Click Filter above your table
Select your personal email column
Choose "does not contain"
Enter ".edu" as the value
Click + Add filter group to add another condition
Set the group logic to AND
Add another filter for "does not contain" ".org"
This will exclude both .edu and .org emails, showing only other personal email domains like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
