To create waterfall templates, you need to first create a waterfall column, then save it as a template:
1. In a table, click Add column → select Waterfall
2. Configure your waterfall with actions and settings
3. While creating the waterfall, select Save as template
4. Give it a name, description, and category
5. Click Save templateNote: Waterfall templates cannot be edited once created, only created and deleted.
Admin access gives you full workspace control, but template creation follows the same process for all users with editing permissions. If you're still unable to create templates after following these steps, there may be a specific technical issue preventing the save function.
