Issue With Exporting More Than 50 Contacts on Paid Plan

Hi team! I’m on a paid plan but not sure why I’m not able to export more than 50 contacts

Hey! Just to clarify, what you’re seeing is a preview, not the final export results. From the second screenshot, it looks like you’ve set a limit per company, which is why you’re seeing fewer people than the 491 matching results. This happens because the limit per company isn’t applied at this preview stage. You can try exporting without the limit to see the full results. If that still doesn’t work, feel free to send us the table URL where you did the export, and we’ll take a closer look! 😊

Looks like it’s resolved now! Thanks! Not sure what happened earlier. Another question: if I add 8 roles to narrow my search, but limit to 3 results per company, how does Clay choose the 3 results?

Hey, thanks for reaching out! There’s no particular order when Clay selects the 3 results per company. What I suggest instead is: 1. Track how many times a company has values using this guide: Loom Example. 2. Score the rows based on relevance and company size using this method: Scoring Rows Guide. This way, you can prioritize higher-scoring results and filter out those with lower scores for better accuracy in your selection. Let me know if you need more help with this! 😊
