The current behavior of this column (People Search) is that it will find people based on the view that it ran in. The cell running just tells the source to update and get the new list of companies to look up
The way it would work as intended is to have a specific view where companies that meet certain criteria get pushed and Find People only runs in that view. Apologies for the confusion!
Just to double clarify, this means conditional formulas don’t work for triggering the find people search
We can work on clarifying that
So I'd create a view called "Filtered View" where I apply filters to a given column, then run people search.
Is there a plan to have conditional formulas work for people search? Seems like the most simple way to not waste credits in one view / workflow
Ya you’d create a filtered view, then create a new find people search, and make sure you select just the new view
And ya we have it on our list!
