Help Needed: Restoring Expired Trial Credits After Cohort Completion

Hi, I completed the cohort recently and had ~4600 credits left. I signed in today and got a notification that my trial has expired and lost all those credits. Could I please get help restoring those credits?

When your trial expires, credits from the trial period are not carried over to paid plans. Our trial offers 1,000 credits for 14 days, and these don't transfer after expiration. If you need help recovering credits, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" so our team can look into your specific situation.
