Hello - we recently rebranded and our email domain has switched over to the new domain, and have gotten locked out of my Clay account. Can someone reach out to help get us access back into our account

First, try the "forgot password" option on the login page - you'll receive a password reset email at the email address associated with your account. 2. If you no longer have access to the original email account associated with your Clay account, please note that regaining access may be challenging. This is because we need to verify account ownership through the registered email address for security purposes.If the password reset option doesn't work, you'll need to explicitly ask for human support in this conversation, as this situation may require manual verification of your account ownership. Awesome! I’ve updated the login. Since Clay's pricing is based on the workspace level rather than the user level, no other direct changes are needed. If your co-workers’ email addresses have changed, you can remove their old emails and re-invite them under your Team Settings in your Clay account. Let me know if you need any help or have questions. :)
