Hey Clay S. we are considering upgrading our account and leveraging the Hubspot integration. Is there any documentation on exactly what data gets access to? Is there a way to limit the data Clay sees?

Our HubSpot integration allows you to import, create, update, and manage HubSpot objects directly in Clay. When importing data, you can access over 370 properties from HubSpot, but you can selectively choose which data fields to import. You can customize your import by: 1. Selecting specific object types (contacts, companies, deals) 2. Choosing to include/exclude read-only properties 3. Excluding empty properties to reduce clutter 4. Pulling from specific lists instead of all objects These options effectively limit what data Clay accesses from your HubSpot account.

Yes, you can limit which contact fields Clay accesses from HubSpot. When importing contacts, you have several options to control data exposure: 1. You can selectively extract only specific fields after import (like email or company name) 2. Use the "Exclude empty properties" option to reduce clutter 3. Choose whether to include read-only properties This way, you can tailor exactly which contact fields appear in your Clay table, effectively limiting what data is exposed from your HubSpot account.
