Hi. Can someone help me with building a custom email waterfall with validation at each step? I believe I have the configuration correct, but for some reason the waterfall won't save - shows error "Failed to save waterfall". I'm attaching a few snaps from my configuration . Would like some help around what I am missing. Thanks in advance.

Hey, It looks like the email property might’ve been deleted — if you check inside the waterfall, that could be what’s blocking it from saving. Try making sure the email address is properly linked in the values section. If it’s still giving you trouble, you’ve got a couple of options: – Use the existing work email column and set it up with your preferred logic – Or manually add all the steps as separate columns and use formulas to connect them Let me know if you want help walking through either setup!
