How to Exclude Companies from Daily Enrichment in HubSpot Template

Hi team, I've set up a template that enriches companies in HS that are part of an active list. The columns are set to auto-update so that whenever a new company is added to the table, the enrichment is done. However, I have noticed that the enrichment can be repeated every day (based on the refresh schedule I set up in the source setting). The source of the table is "⚡️ Import objects from Hubspot". How can I exclude companies that have gone through the enrichment process so that I don't have more credits than necessary? Let me know if you need more insights. Thanks in advance!

To exclude companies that have already been enriched and save credits, you can use conditional runs or filtered views: 1. Conditional Runs: • Go to the Run Settings of your enrichment column. • In the "Only run if" box, add a conditional formula to check if the company hasn't been enriched yet. 2. Filtered Views: • Create a filtered view that only shows companies that haven't been enriched. • Run enrichments only on this filtered view to avoid duplicate enrichments. 3. Lookup Existing Data: • Use Lookup columns to pull existing data from your CRM or other Clay tables before running new enrichments. These methods will help you optimize credit usage by enriching only new or unenriched companies.

Conditional runs would not work I believe as the company can move from one row to another when the source gets updated. Thus the columns would also re-run. But maybe I'm missing smth?
