Hi guys, is it possible to have multiple workspace in one Clay account? Or are we limited to using Folders to differentiate between projects?
The sources don't mention multiple workspaces per account, so it appears you'd use workbooks and folders for project differentiation within your workspace. [3]
Did that answer your question?
Ok so we are limited to one workspace per account, right?
Is that what you were looking for?

Can we connect to multiple CRM accounts. For example we have 2 HubSpot account for Project A and Project B, and we want to connect the Workbook to the corresponding Project. Can we do that?
Yes! You can connect multiple HubSpot accounts to your Clay workspace. [1]
To add multiple HubSpot accounts:
1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Click + Add connection
3. Search for HubSpot and authenticate each account separately
4. Name each account (like "Project A HubSpot" and "Project B HubSpot") [2]
This way each workbook can connect to its corresponding project's HubSpot account.

One account is not limited to one workspace. You can be a member of multiple workspaces. But you can't give access to specific folders to your customers. When you have multiple workspaces (let's say one for each customer), then you will pay per more per credit. So either use your customers Clay account to build things or don’t give access to your Clay account :) And yes you can have multiple CRMs connected. It's all just authentications Guntoro S.
Thanks for clarifying! You're absolutely right - users can be members of multiple workspaces, and each workspace would have its own credit usage and billing. [1]
The folder permissions limitation you mentioned is a good point for agencies managing multiple client projects.
