Request for Refund and Reversal of Accidentally Purchased 50k Credit Package

Hey guys, I had 40k credits remaining as I overestimated how many I’d need, and completely forgot to cancel my cycle to make sure I didn’t lose them & I was billed for 50k package and they’ve now been reset Is there any chance this could please be refunded and be reverted back to the 40k credits I had before? I appreciate this isn’t typically something you’d do - I really didn’t anticipate using so little credits this month
