Efficient Method to Combine Multiple People Tables for Data Enrichment

What is the most efficient way to combine multiple People Tables for Data Enrichment? They all have the same columns. I understand I could export them all and put them into a google sheet and then back into Clay. Or use Write to Table in each, but is there a more efficient method? I spend a lot of time manually doing this because of the sliced bread method to capture an entire TAM.
