Email Waterfall Issue: Awaiting Callback Error Explained

can someone tell me what's going on here? why wont the email waterfall run, it just says "awaiting callback"?

    Hey, thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, when you see “awaiting callback,” it doesn’t mean the process isn’t working. It simply means the system is waiting for a response from the callback function. This is part of the normal flow and indicates that the process is paused until it receives that expected response. After checking the table, it seems that some columns in the middle of the waterfall were deleted manually, which caused this issue. I’ve gone ahead and added the credits back, so you can re-run the waterfall. Just delete the current one, and everything should work smoothly after that.
