Hey, thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, when you see “awaiting callback,” it doesn’t mean the process isn’t working. It simply means the system is waiting for a response from the callback function. This is part of the normal flow and indicates that the process is paused until it receives that expected response. After checking the table, it seems that some columns in the middle of the waterfall were deleted manually, which caused this issue. I’ve gone ahead and added the credits back, so you can re-run the waterfall. Just delete the current one, and everything should work smoothly after that. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance with the callback setup! 😊

is it possible to duplicate a clay table and retain all the data rather than just the columns?

Hi Penn, thanks for reaching out! The duplicate table function only duplicates the columns without copying the actual data itself. However here is a step by step workaround for what you are trying to achieve: 1. Duplicate the table: Select the table name and in the drop down menu select "duplicate table" to create a new table with the same columns as the original 2. Export data from the old table: In the top right of your table, select Actions > Export > Download CSV 3. Import data into new table: In the new table, select Actions > Import > Import from CSV Option This process will give you a fully duplicated table, including both the structure and the data. Here's more documentation on table duplication. I know this isn’t the most straightforward process, but it should help you achieve what you need. Let me know if you need further clarification or assistance! 😊

When using the "Add Leads to Campaign" in Clay to Smartlead, often the automation fails and returns "Could not add lead", then when I run it again, it works. And then sometimes, it still returns the "Could not add lead", despite the fact it's not a duplicate and it's not part of the blacklist, so I can't diagnose why this is happening. Any idea why this happens? Is there a way to re-run all these automatically? And how can I ensure all qualified leads are pulling through?
