Hey there, So I have purchased 50,000 credits for $800 on 21 Feb and I still have 30,000 credits left. Will that be carry forwarded to the next month?

Yes, your remaining 30,000 credits will be carried forward to the next month. We allow unused credits to roll over and accumulate in your account. The maximum accumulation is capped at double your plan's monthly credit limit. For example, if your plan includes 50,000 credits per month, your maximum balance would be 100,000. This rollover policy applies to monthly subscriptions, ensuring you don't lose your unused credits.

My billing cycle renew on 21st if I downgrade my plan it will not cause any issues with the carry forward plan right?

If you downgrade your plan before your billing cycle renews on the 21st, your remaining credits will stay in your account until the end of your current billing cycle. However, when your billing cycle refreshes on the 21st, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of your new plan. For example, if your new plan has a monthly limit of 25,000 credits, your maximum balance would be 50,000 credits after the renewal. Any credits exceeding this cap won't be carried forward. If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups, which cost 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit.
