How to Normalize Country Names to Title Case in Excel

I've been trying to create a formulae to tidy up some columns where the countries are in CAPITALS and i want to normalise them so that only the first letter of each country name is capitalised e.g. Germany, United Kingdom etc .... can you help me as so far its not been working!

    You can use Clay's built-in Normalize Case feature to transform your country names into proper case format. Here's how: 1. Go to the enrichment panel and find the "Tools" section 2. Select "Normalize Company Name" action 3. Choose your country names column as the input 4. Enable the "Normalize Case" option - this will automatically transform text from all uppercase to Title Case 5. Run the enrichment on your selected rows This will convert country names like "GERMANY" to "Germany" and "UNITED KINGDOM" to "United Kingdom".
