Resolving OpenAI Rate Limit Issues for Tier 1 Users

One of my clients just attached their brand new OpenAI key and it's saying "The rate limit associated with this API key are insufficient for this field/with this selected model." They're on Tier 1 of OpenAI. How do we get around this? It's a pretty basic prompt.

Hi Aly, thanks for reaching out. The reason you are seeing this error is because Claygent only works with Tier 2 and above of OpenAI usage tiers. The ChatGPT enrichment will work with all usage tiers. To use your API key with Claygent, you will need to upgrade to Tier 2 or above.
