Issue with HG Insights Table Input Affecting US Company Filter

hello team - i needed some help, this is regarding HG insights table, i typed on United states in this table as location and as soon as i hit enter to add US in the filter, it automatically started the table, and it did not take only US companies into account which led to it wasting thousands of our credits. When using the "Allowed locations" filter, you can input geopolitical names, continents, subcontinents, countries, states, provinces, or cities. To ensure you're only getting US companies, try these steps: 1. Double-check that you've entered "United States" correctly in the "Allowed locations" field. 2. Use the preview feature before running the full search to verify the results match your criteria. 3. Consider using additional filters like "State Name" to further narrow down to specific US states if needed. (272*8=2176 credits) really needed to use them for another campaign for this week, and i cannot buy more credits since the budget is already exceeded

    Hi Manav, unfortunately once credits have been used to create a table, we will not be able to reimburse them as the information has already been retrieved. I am sorry I could not help, but let me know if there is anything else I can do.

    Stefano the fault was actually not mine, i hit united states and it still went for worldwide customers, HG insights had a bug that day, i also had a compliant before this one regarding HG insights bug, and they helped me by reimbursing it, i just could not let you guys know about this again since that day because i got caught up with other tasks
