I'm building a follow up/nuture bot. Wondering is it possible to condense all SFDC activity content (e.g., all emails) on an account into a single text block to feed into a table? What would be the best way to do this? Thanks
You can condense Salesforce activity content into a single text block using our "Combine items into one text field" feature. First, import your Salesforce data using the Lookup Record action to retrieve activity records based on account criteria. Then, when you have a list of activities in a cell, hover to the right of the list in Cell details and select "Combine items into one text field" - this joins all items into one line, separated by commas. Alternatively, you can use our AI feature to "Ask AI questions" about the list to get summaries of the activity content.
