Yes, we've recently improved our Find People feature to support smarter job title searches. Our system now auto-queries similar job titles, so you don't need to list all variations. For example, searching for "software engineer" will include related titles like "SWE" and "software developer". However, Clay doesn't yet have semantic search capabilities. For specific searches like "CEO", you might want to include variations in your search terms to ensure comprehensive results. You can use the Experience Title field to input multiple job titles (e.g., CEO, Chief Executive Officer). If you need more precise control, we also offer an "Exact Keyword Match" toggle for searching specific titles.
