Is this normal? I have a waterfall that’s been queued and my credits are fluctuating, but there’s no results being rendered. Seems frozen. I also refreshed on several occasions
This issue typically happens when a column was changed multiple times, updated, or if the run was stopped midway. For waterfall columns stuck in "Queued" status, try performing a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn't work, create a new column by duplicating the current one and run it on the rows that are still queued. You can filter for rows where the current column "is empty, " then run the waterfall on those rows.
But what happens to my credits that are constantly fluctuating?
When a waterfall is running, your credits may fluctuate because Clay only charges for providers that successfully find data. If a provider doesn't return valid data, those credits are refunded to your account. The fluctuation you're seeing is likely the system attempting to find data through different providers in your waterfall sequence, with credits being charged and refunded as it progresses. For your stuck "Queued" waterfall, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to resolve the issue.
The credirs keep going down, I had about 14K to begin with, but no results were rendered
I also just reset it and nothing happened
When a waterfall is running, your credits may fluctuate as Clay attempts to find data through different providers in your sequence. Credits are charged for each attempt, but should be refunded for providers that don't return valid data. For your stuck "Queued" waterfall, try creating a new column by duplicating the current one and running it only on the rows that are still queued. You can filter for rows where the current column "is empty" to target just those rows. My account crashed out
Hi Saman! Sorry you had this issue here. Let me take a closer look.
It looks like you had other recurring tables that may have drawn down your credits, like this "One-Time Tasks" table for 14,000 credits.
I'm looking at the waterfall now, and it seems to have pulled results. Is this working as you expected now? Please let me know how else I can help here or if there are other issues! Gabe
