hello team! I want to upgrade plan from 2k credits to 3k credits, how does it work? I'm being asked to pay the full price and not the difference. Thank you!

Hey Tarek - When you upgrade, you pay the full cost because you're paying for a full new batch of credits

We don't pro-rate the credits, so the cost is not pro-rated either
