Airtable Enrichment Issue: Lookup and Upsert Records Failing

Possible bug? Airtable Lookup Record and Upsert Record enrichments are failing to locate matching records, but I’ve confirmed the lookup key is present (manually), and if I delete and re-enter the last letter of the lookup key, the enrichment is successful (but nothing has changed).
