Enhancing Job Template Filters for Cybersecurity Recruiting Efficiency

·
·

As a cybersecurity recruiter, I’ve identified a gap in the Find Jobs template functionality. Currently, I’m unable to effectively narrow down job listings to match my ideal client profile due to missing key filters – specifically company size and industry. My workflow involves:

  1. 1.

    Identifying companies hiring security engineers

  2. 2.

Converting these leads into targeted people searches

  3. 3.

    Pushing qualified leads to SmartLead

The current limitation in step 1 creates a bottleneck, as I can’t efficiently filter for companies that match our target criteria. Adding company size and industry filters would significantly streamline this process and help identify the most relevant opportunities. Is this something on the product roadmap

Great feedback. However you can use apify.com to scrap jobs and then qualify based on your ICP. here is a workflow example: https://www.loom.com/share/f82614d12eed46cab1d58dffd676efe1?sid=7dcca18d-e870-4ada-b2de-7bc17e92a4b4

You can either use make.com OR you can download the data set from apify directly.

Hi there! Thanks for bringing this up 😊. We have two ways to approach your workflow: 1. Start with companies that match your ideal client profile (ICP): You can first search for companies that fit your criteria, such as company size and industry. Then, use the “Find Jobs” waterfall feature to search across multiple sources for job listings that align with your ICP. 2. Start by searching for jobs: You can begin with job searches (this is free), and then use enrichment to gather additional data about the companies, like size and industry. Keep in mind, enriching these jobs with company data will consume credits. The reason for this process is that jobs, when initially found, are not linked to enriched company data. So, enriching it afterward requires credits to pull that additional information. Let me know if you’d like more details or have any other questions! 😊
