I'm not sure which workspace your screenshot is from, but wanted to note that it's not possible to purchase top-up credits while on the Free plan. Spot purchases for top-up credits are only available if the workspace already has a paid plan. Let me know which workspace you're working in, and I'm happy to look into this further with you.
