Hi Clay Team! I had a pause on using Clay over the last few months, went back in today and my "write to other table" function/column is no longer working. Can someone please help me figure out how to update it so I can run my table? Thank you!
Sorry for the delay! Was checking the old setup but noticed there was a formula instead as an input in the list section. Do you need Write to table to create a row for all those people LI + Apollo, or only those that match?
Thanks Arturo O.! Just looking for the people that are found through the linkedin and apollo columns to be pushed to the other table it's connected to in the write to table column. It usually just pushes the people's linkedin profile link to the other table.
Got it! So I'll set up it in different Write to table columns so you can see the setup.. there's a way to do it in one but a bit more technical setup and would need some testing lolJust in case, here's an updated video: https://www.loom.com/share/841cc9c009194f1688bbd134b3e4f388
Thank you Arturo O.! It looks like we're getting a lot of repeated contacts going through onto the other table here now. Is there any way we can avoid duplicate linkedin URLs from being pushed to the other table?
Ahh, I think that's what your original formula or setup was checking for then. I'll see if that same logic can be replicated with this version of write to table
Hi Arturo O.! Kindly checking in to see how things are going with adjusting the formula so it doesn't write duplicate linkedin profile URLs to the other table.
Hi Arturo O.! I'm hoping to run the list and complete the project today for one of my clients. Do you know if you'll be able to address my request today?
Tess T.! Got help from Adam, an engineer who improved the integration and he was able to set this up. I ran a test by pushing the same leads from your table above to a test table in your workspace and it's checking for duplicates now.
Quick note, 1 person from that list was still a duplicate but because the LI URL ends differently, and somehow this person has 2 profiles. Other than those edge cases, it should work for the rest
