What is the best way to give a chatbot access to run Agents?

To give a chatbot access to run agents in Clay, navigate to the enrichment panel in your workspace and look for the Tools section. Under AI, you'll find Claygent (our AI agent) among other options. We provide preset templates for common tasks that are perfect for chatbot integration. These templates help structure effective prompts and save time when setting up automated workflows. For example, you can use templates to have your chatbot automatically find company 10K reports by inputting company names from your table - our pre-written prompts will guide Claygent in finding the relevant URLs.

Hey, this is something we’re actively working on. It should be rolling out to beta soon, where you’ll be able to chat with the entire workspace and pull in data. If you’d like to join the beta, go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Join Beta. Once you’re in, you’ll be able to chat with tables and also connect to external sources.

Ahh! The email you are reaching out on seems to be different from the email associated with the workspace. Would recommend reaching out through the same email id so we can identify your workspace correctly! Can you send me a screenshot of a blank table in your workspace? I just added a blank table in your workspace and can see the Chat with AI button.

Hey Jacob! I chatted with the team and have come up with the following next steps: 1. Can you try logging off and on again, and also try using incognito or a different browser. 2. If that does not work, send a loom video of the blank table and the table link URL to me I will in the meantime reach out to the eng team to identify if this is intended behavior since even within the beta program this has not been rolled out completely. Hope this makes sense!
