To select multiple checkboxes at once in Clay, you can use the filter feature. Here's how:1. Click "Filter" above the table. 2. Select the column containing the checkboxes you want to modify. 3. Choose the appropriate filter option (e.g., "is empty" or "is not empty"). 4. Apply the filter to show only the rows you want to modify. 5. You can then select all the visible checkboxes at once.Is there a specific column or set of data you're trying to filter and select? This information would help me provide more tailored instructions for your use case. Source: Hide, Re-order, Sort, Filter, Merge Columns

But that's not exactly what I want. I want to check several checkboxes at the same time and not just select them.

You can check multiple checkboxes simultaneously by following these steps:1. Use the Filter feature to show only the rows you want to modify: β€’ Click "Filter" above the table β€’ Select the relevant column β€’ Choose appropriate filter conditions 2. Once you have filtered to show only the desired rows: β€’ Right-click on the column β€’ Select "Run Column" β€’ Choose "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" or "Force Run All Rows" depending on your needsThis will allow you to process multiple checkboxes at once for the filtered rows. Hey Djamal S., I had the same issue and that's how I solve it:

    1. 1.

Filter the view, so it shows only the rows I want to check the checkboxes

    2. 2.

Check the checkbox in the first row

    3. 3.

      Copy that cell (checked Checkbox)

    4. 4.

Scroll all the way down, hold SHIFT and clicl on the last cell

    5. 5.

Now all cells should be selected and you can simply paste the checked checkbox

After filtering your view to show only the desired rows, you can check multiple checkboxes simultaneously by:1. Right-click on the column containing the checkboxes 2. Click "Run Column" 3. Choose one of these options: β€’ "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" - This will check boxes only for rows that haven't been processed β€’ "Force Run All Rows" - This will check all boxes regardless of their current stateNote: Filtered views will only process the rows you're currently viewing, making this an efficient way to run enrichments conditionally.
