How to Automatically Add Contacts to a Campaign from a Clay Table Cell Fill

Hello, In the help document in clay, it mentioned that there is an instantly template to get contacts through form clay. However, I cannot find that. I would like to get contacts into a campaign in instantly from a clay table when a column cell is filled. what do you suggest is the best way to do so?
