Clarification on Import Search Limits for Starter Plan

Hi team, i was curious about the import search limits on the Starter plan. These are same as the 'find people' search limits right?

The Starter plan has a limit of 5,000 profiles per search, which applies to both Find People searches and imports. When using the Find People search feature, you can set an overall limit up to this maximum number of records per search.
