Our next monthly payment is due 23 April, but Iβd like to upgrade our plan. If I do so now, will I be billed the full amount? Or pro-rata? (the figure showing on the payment screen is the full amount)
If you upgrade your plan now, you'll be billed the full amount for the new plan immediately. Here's what happens:
1. Your billing cycle resets right away.
2. You get the full credit allotment for the new plan.
3. Any existing credits in your account are added to your new balance.
This gives you immediate access to the new plan's features and credits. If you need more credits without changing plans, you can also purchase credit top-ups at a 50% premium.
