Referral Credits Not Showing Up, Need Assistance

Hello — I recently signed up through a referral but neither of our referral credits are showing. Please advise 🙏🏼

    I can provide both his information as well as mine. I didn’t realize I had to use his link to set up my account, I thought there would be a place for me to put in an affiliate code at checkout. 😞 Can you please help us with this?

    I put his name and organization in as the referral source when I signed up, but it was just me writing it in. It obviously didn’t connect.

    I think I added all of his info in when I signed up but I realize now I was supposed to just use his link 🤷🏻‍♂️ 🤦🏻‍♂️

Also, to confirm, did you sign up with a paid account or just created your workspace with the link? People are required to subscribe to a paid account to redeem this.

    Arturo O. I also had someone use my referral link. Not sure if they’ve gone paid yet but I was curious as to how it worked. His name is Sam Sami. He mentioned that it told him something about 20% of the revenue vs. credits… is this correct?

    Well, we have an affiliate program which is different, clay.com/affiliates. So that may be it
