Hi Team, The find posts from individual or company enrichment isn't returning the most recent posts. I'm not sure if I'm adding the wrong date filter here (30 days ago). Would love to get some help. Context: I'm trying to extract all posts that a few linkedin users post in the last 30 days based on set keywords
Here's a ink to the table - https://app.clay.com/workspaces/192812/tables/t_2aE3NbJCR8F3/views/gv_V2XF5kfxcHhe
Hi Anirudh! Happy to help. I checked your table and it's properly set up, stating '30 days ago'. If you don't see all posts pulled, it's because there are so many posts worldwide, not all can be captured by the data provider in real time. Some posts may have been refreshed a while ago, so the most recent ones might not always be picked up right away. Some additional suggestions to help you with your search for recent posts by a user or company. Here are two more approaches you could try out: 1. Consider using Clayagent Neon, Helium, or Argon Model to scrape the post page directly from the user or company. 2. Another option is to utilize an API, such as the one offered by https://rapidapi.com/rockapis-rockapis-default/api/linkedin-data-api. I hope these ideas are helpful to you! If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know! š Have a great Wednesday, Daniel
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else! Feel free to reply back here if you do.
Hi Daniel, Sorry I completely missed out on this. I'm not scraping for all the posts worldwide. It's all posts made by a specific account under the linkedin profile column. Is it because there's too many posts made by a single account which is causing this issue The goal for me is to try and find all posts made by a linkedin profile.
Hey Anirudh, thanks for the inquiry about this! Happy to elaborate. The main concern with such process for this provider and similar ones, they don't have access to cookies or LinkedIn accounts to see all the data that pertains to certain profiles, so they could be limited to what information is not being restricted by the person's own permissions or LinkedIn suppressing some of the data overall. To get around this, you may have to use scrapers that can have access to your cookies to see and scrape the data live. Of course, keeping in mind this may be risky but much more effective as it's the effective way for a provider to "see" what you see (e.g., Apify or Phantombuster). Hope that helps!
Thank you for the clarification Arturo O.! This definitely helps. Iām using Phantombuster and pulling in data from there.
Awesome! Happy to hear it! :D
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
