Is the First Number from People Data Labs Always a Mobile Number?

When pinging People Data Labs, would it be safe to assume that the first number found is likely a mobile number?

Hey there Micah thanks for reaching out, in this case since the People Data Labs is used when finding Mobile Number, it is a very good chance that the number will be a mobile number. I don't have the information about PDL on hand, but this is the consistent output form the integration.
