Ok you seem to have set the max cost of for both of your Claygent column to .10. If it won't mess with the rest of calculations set it .10 and see if this runs now.
The queue is actually still running. If you click on the column header and select "Run Info" you'll notice its still running. The number still "queued" keeps lowering. What's going on is you have a large number of columns running and your API limit rate can't process them all quickly.
