Troubleshooting Workflow Duplication for New Contact Imports

Hi there, I am trying to copy an existing workflow that we have set up on a specific table. I want to import a new set of contacts and run the exact same workflow. I am able to duplicate the table and it has all the right columns. However, when I import a new set of contacts nothing happens and I am just left with a blank table. Please advise?

    I end up with this view despite having run (I think successfully the import).
