Hi, I'm trying to get people into my table uisng Linkedin Sales Navigator URL, but after waiting 30 mins, my table contains 3 rows that are partially filled and I've got no info about error or anything else
Hey hey, are you using any filters that are account specific? Such as the leads must belong to a saved list, be a first connection, be a new lead, etc.?
If so, those filters break the search and will not work
We don’t use LinkedIn cookies to protect your account, but this means you cannot use any filters specific to your own LinkedIn account
I know about it and I was careful not to use anything like that. That's why I generated a search link without any account-specific settings.

Also, Matthew Q., I've got another question – I see that Sales Navigator results are limited to 2500. This is OK for now. But what if in the future I'd like to expand my table with additional results? Can I do it? If so, how can I tell Clay to expand it with a given search without duplicating the records there?

Gotcha ok glad you’re already ahead on the link type. Can you try running it one more time (I’ll add some credits for the trouble). I want to see if it’s a potential provider issue
And in terms of increasing over 2,500 results - that’s actually the max LinkedIn sales nav will show at any one time so it’s the max we can pull

Regarding the limit - I get it, but is there any API to ask for example sales navigator to give you n-th page of the resutls? E.g. my query has 14k resutls. I will load the first 2.5 now. Can I somehow tell to load next 2.5 later? Like "query the page 2nd from the results"?
And huh, yeah, it seems like that broken search ate a lot of my credits. Before running it I had almost 200k credits and now I've got

With regard to exanding the 2.5k records, that’s actually a Sales Nav limitation, not a Clay limitation. Although Sales Nav will tell you that there are 14k people in that search, Sales Nav will only return 2.5k of them. Your best bet would probably be to split the searches across a few different criteria

I've got one additional question - we had a paid plan, but I quit it, as we needed a little bit more time to set up and we did not use our tokens yet. I will be using them now, but on a free plan, the integration with pipedrive is disabled. Do I need to upgrade now, or would you be able to give me back the possibility to integrate with Pipedrive fro the next 3 weeks ? 🙂
