I use prospeo and snov to "find emails from domain" and sometimes it returns 5, 10, or even 20 emails...is there any way to limit the amount of emails you get back? this results in me emailing too many people at the same company sometimes.
You can use the "Limit" parameter to control the number of results returned when searching for emails. By default, this is set to 100, but you can adjust it to a lower number based on your needs. Note that if you need to increase the limit beyond 250, you'll need to contact friends@clay.run.It's worth mentioning that our platform encourages sending smaller numbers of highly targeted emails rather than large blasts. This approach helps ensure your messages are relevant and compelling, which is better for both companies and customers. Sources: Source - Clay Find People with Companies, People, Jobs FAQ | Clay.com
I don't see limits on snov or prospeo?
Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Hey Bryan! Thanks for getting in touch! ๐ 1. For prospeo, you limit the email type like professional or general. Same for snov.io https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1344968968/9ac0d1f710733974d2d41da0425b/Berrycast_0CzwyKYkmQ.png?expires=1737477000&signature=1f82012e7b3537a34f183671dc4e1a7c2965180180e8477408d8ce62e51689ee&req=dSMjEsB4lYhZUfMW1HO4zYjc0lHpxUa5WKVitLNPqLbOrBgjU1qyKXKhMHFJ%0Ark%2BZ%0A 2. Alternatively, you can use 2.1 the AI formula. I created the field there to limit the list of people to 4, for instance. 2.2 Use json.parse on the output of the AI column to write to other table like so: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1344978665/cbdc7dbda820056c4eb9cc8f5014/Berrycast_jAPIlukqfZ.png?expires=1737477000&signature=cc2aac78c82d9029da02d1d80eca653c189073638650f5e9f0fbbc936074567e&req=dSMjEsB5lYdZXPMW1HO4zccWfYpxyyVDnYjwgvzDnn3Wq1CJGrnTbPwM08%2Bd%0Ab1Tv%0A In your case on the AI formula I created:
JSON.parse({{Domain Email Addresses}})
