Creating an Exclusion Table for CSV Company Imports: Troubleshooting Guide

I imported a csv of companies, enriched them to find the domains. My objective is to create an exclusion table list. However when I tried to exclude that list i am getting the error "This table does not contain a companies search". How do I make it a companies search if i am importing it as a csv
