Troubleshooting Data Issues with Client's Webhook Integration

Hi Clay team, we’re having trouble receiving data from our client’s webhook. We’re getting data from usefathom.com with our client’s custom webhook that will be passed to our Clay table. Would appreciate a support on this one. Happy to hop on a call too, to further explain the problem. cc: Hussain H.

Hi Jerico, thank you for sending this over. In order to help you, I have a couple of follow-up questions. Could you please further clarify what the issue is? Are you not seeing some columns you wanted to export from the webhook, or are there rows (information) that are present in the webhook and that you do not see in the Clay table?

The issue is we’re not receiving data automatically. What we only received was the manual inputs to test it.

Hey there Jerico thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Stefano here, to give a more detailed explanation for Clays Webhooks, these webhooks will only pull records that were added to a page after the Webhook is connected. Any data that existed before it will not be pulled. In order to pull this existing data into Clay you can either use a Web scrapper or use an HTTP API integration to pull the data into a Clay table.
