im not seeing the available credits I used to have, not sure if they expired. Need help extending these 🙏
If your trial has expired, you have a couple of options: 1. but I had a lot more credits available and they are not anymore
There could be a few reasons for this: 1. If you recently renewed your plan, it may take 1-2 hours for your credits to appear due to transaction processing times. For example, if you renewed at 12 PM, your credits might not show up until 1 PM. 2. If you recently cancelled or downgraded your plan: • Your existing credits will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle • When your billing cycle refreshes, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of your new plan • For example, if your new plan has a 100 credit monthly limit, your balance will be capped at 200 creditsIf you're still experiencing issues after waiting 2 hours from your renewal time, please email us at support@clay.com for assistance.
