im not seeing the available credits I used to have, not sure if they expired. Need help extending these ๐

There could be a few reasons for this:1. If you recently renewed your plan, it may take 1-2 hours for your credits to appear due to transaction processing times. For example, if you renewed at 12 PM, your credits might not show up until 1 PM. 2. If you recently cancelled or downgraded your plan: โข Your existing credits will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle โข When your billing cycle refreshes, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of your new plan โข For example, if your new plan has a 100 credit monthly limit, your balance will be capped at 200 creditsIf you're still experiencing issues after waiting 2 hours from your renewal time, please email us at support@clay.com for assistance.
