Formula for Assigning Reps Based on Cities in Territory List

Hi! I have a list of companies with cities and states that have been enriched. I want to use a formula to assign these to reps based on their territories. However, the reps are assigned by city, not state. Is there a way I can ask Clay to refer to another list of cities when building a formula to assign a lead to a reap (i.e., If /city is equal to one of these 200 cities, list Rep 1). Thanks!

Yes, absolutely! Have you tried this already, and it didn’t work? You can create a new Formula column in Clay and add the list of 200 cities. For example, you can set up a formula to check if a city matches any of those on the list, and if it does, it assigns the lead to the correct rep. Once the list is in place, you can reference that column in your formula prompt to assign leads based on city. Let me know if you need help setting it up! 😊
