Filtering Candidates by Minimum Years of Work Experience in Company Table

Hi team!! When finding people from a company table, is there a way to filter by minimum years of work experience? I only see min/max months in current role and max no of experiences (but not years)

    also I wish the seniority section also had: Senior, Principal as keywords for filtering
