Identifying Job Change Prospects Using Clay Automation

This might be answered before but wanted to see if I can get some expert knowledge from y’all. If I were to identify prospects that may have changed their jobs in the last 3 months, how would I do that on clay? From my understanding of the clay feature, it only pulls data from the day you activated the automation right so in this case, using "montior new hire" is the go to 🤔

Here's how to monitor job changes in Clay:1. For a new list: • Click "Actions" and then "Monitor for new hires" • Select your target companies • Filter by job title (e.g., "software engineer") • You'll get a list of people hired at those companies within the last three months. 2. For an existing list in Clay: • Open your people table • Click "Actions > Monitor for Job Changes" • Select the LinkedIn URL column from your people table • Click "Save and run" 3. For monitoring contacts outside Clay: • Create a new table by clicking "+Create New > Table > Track Job Changes" • Specify the table containing your list • Select the column with LinkedIn URLs • Add the last known company LinkedIn URL for comparison • Run the enrichment to detect job changes Sources: Metaprompter, shared workbooks, new hire signals, Outreach integration, and more!
