You can monitor up to 1,000 people in 3 different tables (3,000 total) for job changes. For new hire signals, you can track: ** People hired at target companies within the last three months ** Set specific filters on who to monitor at these accounts * Get notifications when new hires match your criteria The process involves: 1. Clicking "Actions" and selecting "Monitor for new hires" 2. Selecting your target companies 3. Filtering by job title (e.g., "software engineer") This feature is currently in beta and there's no additional charge while we gather feedback.
