Request to Upgrade Account for Increased Monthly Credits
Hey guys we are on the pro plan at 150k credit but we need double that. Can you upgrade our account to more monthly credits?
You can upgrade your plan to get more credits by following these steps: 1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings 2. Navigate to Plans & billing 3. Click the Change plan button 4. Select your desired credit amount and review the details 5. Click Upgrade to confirm Since you're currently on the Pro plan with 150k monthly credits and need 300k credits, you may want to consider the Enterprise plan, which offers customizable credit amounts to match your organization's needs. The Enterprise plan includes all Pro plan features plus additional benefits like: ** Unlimited rows in Passthrough Tables ** Up to 40 column actions per table ** Dedicated AI prompting support ** Credit reporting analytics * And more

Im happy to go to an enterprise plan as long as its not more costly. Or if you can just increase our monthly credits on the pro plan that would work too.
This is our workspace please help us add 150k more credits urgently.
Bo (.··Hey Andreas! The Pro plan would need to be repurchased at the lower level ex 100k credits for having more credits. Once you've used your current credits, you can choose any plan that works for you. Just keep in mind Enterprise plans cost more since they come with dedicated support and custom features but happy to connect you if you think that's worth it Let me know what you'd like to do!
