Hey, I accidentally chose the wrong model for my AI enrichment and now have significantly less credits. I used the Neon model instead of O4 mini via my OpenAI key. I stopped it now and re-run the table with the Open AI key. We understand your concern about the credits used with the Neon model. Unfortunately, we can't refund credits for completed operations. However, you've made a good decision by switching to your OpenAI key for the O4 mini model, as this can help save credits in the future. If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups, which cost 50% more than your plan's typical per-credit cost.
