Troubleshooting Unable to Retrieve Profile Posts Error

I can't for the life of me understand why the "Get a person's social posts and shares" to work, it outputs "Error Unable to retrieve profile posts or shares. Please try again later." I am pretty sure this is a bug because the only input there is is the linkedin url which I map correctly, I will be super thankful to whoever helps me solve this
