Hi team, I keep getting this error from the Rocketreach enrichment when using clay credits. I've tried a ton of different inputs variations when trying to run it. It still returns this error even when I just use the "email" input only. Has this been a common issue?

Hi Bo (., thanks for your reply. I haven't returned any data from running the RocketReach enrichment nor have I used any credits - so I don't believe I am reaching any rate limits. I have waited a day to re-run the enrichment and I am still getting the same error. I took a screenshot of the specific error report I am seeing on my end when I run the cell. Looking forward to your solutions to this. Thank you!
Also, for context, I am trying to enrich a lead based on the email provided - this works with the Apollo enrichment. However, I would like to use RocketReach.
The error you're seeing isn't related to your personal usage or credits. This is actually a platform-wide issue we're experiencing with RocketReach rate limits across all of Clay. We've been working to resolve these RocketReach integration problems, but in the meantime, you have two options: either wait a bit longer to see if the enrichment eventually processes, or switch to another provider like Apollo (which you mentioned is working correctly for you).

Hi there, Yes, this is a common occurrence. We've been having quite a few issues with RocketReach rate limits recently.
Unfortunately, I would recommend using another provider for the time being rather than waiting for this to be resolved.
