Can I enrich customer information in Zendesk with Clay?

·
·

We use Zendesk for our Customer Support and would love to use Clay to enrich the information. As in someone submits a help ticket on Zendesk and we put their details in Clay to enrich the number of employees which helps sales prioritize the engagement. Is this possible with Zendesk?

Hey Josh - love this idea! This should be possible. Do you have Zendesk integrated with salesforce or your crm?

We use Pipedrive as the CRM. I could also use Zapier, I guess. But wanted to know about a direct integration or any other way as Zapier is more last resort.

We get nearly 500 weekly Zendesk tickets and I need to pull the top 10% of opportunities to my sales team

Nice! A few ways to do this. Zap would be one and it’s pretty easy. You’d use a webhook as the source in Clay -> use a Zap to push from Zendesk to the webhook

Then you can push back out to Zap or use HTTP API to push directly to zendesk

It’s not an integration we have native right now - but 100% possible

And a good distinction for you to know is that CS used Zendesk and Sales uses Pipedrive. So I just need the information from Zendesk to be send to Clay for enrichment - win #1. If we can then pipe that information to Pipedrive, then that's win #2. In Zendesk we just get name, email and company. But I need to know how many employees, industry, revenue, etc. So that sales can grab the larger leads./

So you think Zap from Zendesk to Clay would be the best.

Awesome - for #1 ya i’d use a zap here for the initial test. Then if you’re liking it we can probably figure something else out that is more clean

Then for #2 we have a native pipedrive integration to push the data out
