Seems like claygents are back
Yes, Claygents are available and working. You can use them to automate web research and data enrichment tasks.
To get started:
In your Clay table, click “Add enrichment,” select “AI,” then choose “Use AI” to open the Claygent modal.
For company or people data, add a column, pick “Claygent,” and write your prompt or use the Meta prompter for help.
Map the relevant field (like a domain or profile URL), select the Claygent model based on task complexity, and run it on a few rows to test.
Review results directly in your table.

Taimoor T. have you done anything to make them work again? Still not working for me since 10 this morning ...
That's annoying—let's get you unstuck:
Check your OpenAI API tier: Claygent web research needs at least Tier 2 (≥450,000 TPM). Lower tiers can block runs.
If enrichments are stuck, click the column header, hover over "Run column," and select "Force" to jump start the run.
For individual cells, click the cell and try "re-run this cell." You can also toggle auto-update off and on again to refresh all rows.
Make sure your prompts and input data are correct—errors here can cause failures.
If you’re hitting rate limits, try running smaller batches or check for recent changes to token usage.
If none of these work, let me know what error (if any) you see in the cell for more targeted help.
Did that help resolve the issue?
If you still need help with getting Claygents to work properly, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about the errors or issues you’re encountering so we can continue troubleshooting?
